In honor of National Cider Month, Bivouac is running a Guided Cider Tasting special! Any guest who shows this flyer and/or mentions our national cider month discount will get $10 off their Guided Cider Tasting Experience at Bivouac Ciderworks Adventure Lodge. During the experience, you will taste eight different ciders - from Bivouac Ciderworks, local producers, and fine ciders from around the world. Learn about the history & culture of various cider regions, as well as popular apple varietals, tasting and pairing notes, and fermentation techniques.
