Information about Passkey and when to contact the hotel:


Please do not call your hotel to check on your reservation until after March 15, 2027. Please understand that processing your reservations from the housing bureau into the hotel system will take a few days. Rest assured that if you have received a confirmation number already from the housing bureau, the hotel will honor your booking.

Please contact ConferenceDirect, the official housing bureau of the 2027 Craft Brewers Conference, with any questions regarding hotel reservations. If you’re calling to modify reservations, please be sure to have the following information ready for our agents: 

  • Passkey acknowledgment number (provided on your confirmation email)
  • Email address
  • Last 4 digits of the card on file

ConferenceDirect is the official housing bureau for 2027 CiderCon®. Through this partnership, we have negotiated the best possible rates at hotels near the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center. Attendees can obtain discounted rates by reserving through the official housing reservation system.

2027 Housing/ Cancellation Policies


Reservations at posted rates ARE NOT accepted by calling the hotel directly. Reservations require a valid credit card. Two (2) or more guests in a room may be subject to an increased room rate. No more than two (2) reservations per name are allowed. 

All reservations are subject to the following cancellation fees, per the date of cancellation: 

No hotel deposit is required at the time of reservation; please review the cancellation policy below prior to booking.  


The charge below will appear on your credit card as CONFDIRECT*CBC2027 if you cancel your reservation. 

$50 cancellation fee for room cancellations starting September 1, 2026. 


Cancellations made directly with the hotel will also incur the above cancellation fee. 


If you do not cancel your reservation prior to the hotel’s cancellation policy, the hotel will charge you a non-refundable penalty – please review your hotel’s individual cancellation policy. This will be directly charged by the hotel.
