Shaping the Future of Cider Regulation

The ACA works with federal agencies, including the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA), to promote clear, practical regulations that support innovation while maintaining consumer confidence.

From labeling and standards of fill to education around compliance and rulemaking, we advocate for regulatory policies that reflect the realities of today's cider industry and provide members with resources to navigate an evolving regulatory landscape.
